Teleconsultation services at The Clifford Clinic
In response to the Circuit Breaker measures in Singapore to combat the spread of COVID-19, The Clifford Clinic is now offering teleconsultations and online sales of prescription medications to better serve our patients.
What is teleconsultation?
Fundamentally, a teleconsultation is simply just a video call/conference between you, the patient and our doctors. Following the consultation, medication will be prescribed and delivered to your doorstep, allowing you to receive the required medical attention without leaving the comfort of your home.
Advantages of teleconsultation
1. Increased convenience and accessibility
With our new teleconsultation services, you can receive treatment without leaving the comfort of your home. Even if more advanced treatment procedures are required in the clinic, these can be followed up at a later stage when the clinic resumes operation.
2. Contactless consultation
Teleconsultation is contactless in nature. This is especially important in as it allows our doctors to attend to you without exposing either party to additional risks.
3. Prompt treatment
After the teleconsultation session with our doctors, we will pack your medication and send them to your doorstep via our private couriers.

The Clifford Clinic is currently using Zoom as our preferred teleconferencing software. A Zoom URL will be sent to you on the date of your appointment. Our friendly Patient Care Executive will also guide you should you require additional help.

Dr Gerard Ee
Dr Gerard Ee is the Medical Director of The Clifford Clinic in Singapore. He earned his medical degree from St George's University of London and built his surgical experience across the Singapore General Hospital, National University Hospital, and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology (Cardiff), and is fully accredited in aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin, fillers, lasers, and light therapies. A strong advocate of minimally invasive, natural-looking results, Dr Ee has published in several medical and scientific journals and presented his research in cities including Taipei, Las Vegas, and London.
